Any column listed in "columns to ignore" will not be considered during the comparison, this is particularly useful to ignore “known issues” or any expected and irrelevant differences. This list can be reconfigured between comparisons without extracting the data again.

By design, after the comparison is performed, JuxtAPPose will display only the rows we need to see and identify with colors the type:
Differences: Any cell with a different value juxtaposed in the opposite source (Cells highlighted on light Brown).
Unique keys: Rows that based on the Row ID can't be found in the juxtaposed source (Red).
Repeated keys: Rows that based on the Row ID are repeated, and therefore, can't be compared (Silver).

By running the "Extract data" step will load both data sets and will also enable the list of columns available to designate a primary key (column or combination of columns to make all rows unique).
