Single data extract

Single data extracts help for those cases when only 1 data source has to be refreshed (maybe you did a change on a table or spreadsheet), by clicking on each of those buttons it will refresh the source it belongs to.

This functionality born from those cases when a data sources takes a lot of time to be refreshed (e.g. long or slow queries running on very congested databases) and maybe a change was done on the data source that takes very little time (maybe a file or a very fast query you are testing) so having the capability to only refresh one data source went from being a luxury wish to a basic need to save time
